I loved the rug so sooo much, and I received my order on time. I just wish I have more details on how to take care of the rug. Also, you can improve your service and website. When I purchased I didn’t receive a confirmation email and didn’t know how to contact you and you took a while to reply. Other than that you have a good quality rug and I’m very happy with it
